Dr. Roxana Mehran, Dr. Alaide Chieffo, Dr. Bonnie Weiner and Dr. C. Michael Gibson discuss
the structure and goals of the SCAI Women In Innovations (WIN) initiative.
WIN aims to provide educational opportunities and programs for female physicians,
encourage research on gender based questions, and foster mentorship for female
