Dr. Jeffrey Popma and Dr. Daniel Simon present a complex multivessel disease case from the Brigham and Women's cath lab. The patients is an 81 year old male with unstable angina symptoms. Angiography reveals a patent LIMA to the LAD, a sub acute occlusion of a vein graft to a median ramus, a distal left main stenosis of approximately sixty to seventy percent, and significant stenoses in the proximal and distal left circumflex.
