Dr. Jeffrey Popma and Dr. Daniel Simon present a complex multivessel disease case from the
Brigham and Women's cath lab. The patients is an 81 year old male with unstable angina
symptoms. Angiography reveals a patent LIMA to the LAD, a sub acute occlusion of a vein
graft to a median ramus, a distal left main stenosis of approximately sixty to seventy
percent, and significant stenoses in the proximal and distal left circumflex. Drs. Popma
