Raj R. Makkar is a principal site investigator for The PARTNER Trial (US) for Edwards
Lifesciences and is national principal investigator for the St Jude TAVR study. He has
received consulting fees, grant support and lecture fees from Medtronic, equity from
Entourage Medical Technologies and grant support from St Jude Medical.
